Consent to Processing of Personal Data

Short consent text shown to residents at first sign-in / registration. English reference; the Turkish version prevails for users in Türkiye.

Effective date: 12 June 2026

By tapping "I agree" and using the Plazio app, I confirm that:

1. I have read the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Clarification Text.
2. I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data (name, phone, e-mail, apartment, language, device and push-notification token) for the purpose of using the residential-complex management service provided through Plazio by my Management Company.
3. I consent to receiving push and e-mail notifications related to my complex (announcements, dues reminders, invitations and security messages).
4. I consent to the transfer of my data to the service providers and to other countries described in the Privacy Policy, including for push notification delivery and translation, where this is necessary to provide the service.

I understand that I can withdraw my consent and request deletion of my data at any time by contacting [email protected] or my Management Company, as described in Data Deletion, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Push-notification permission is also requested separately by your device's operating system; you can change it anytime in device settings.
