Terms of Service — Plazio
Effective date: 12 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Plazio — the resident mobile application (app.plazio) and the management web panel at https://plazio.app (the "Service"), operated by Plazio ("Plazio", "we").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Plazio is a multi-tenant platform for residential complex management. It lets Management Companies and their staff manage buildings, residents, dues (aidat), announcements, documents and tasks, and lets residents view information about their apartment and complex and receive notifications.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to register as management staff, and at least 16 to use the resident App.
- Residents sign in with their phone number and an invite code provided by their Management Company. The invite code is confidential — do not share it.
- Management staff sign in with e-mail and password. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Fees — free MVP, future subscription
- The Service is currently provided free of charge.
- The resident App is and will remain free for residents, permanently.
- We intend to introduce a paid subscription for Management Companies for the Panel in the future. We will give advance notice and you will be able to choose whether to subscribe before any charge applies. These Terms will be supplemented by subscription terms at that time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; attempt to access data of complexes or users you are not authorised for; probe, scan or breach security; disrupt the Service; or use it to send spam. Management Companies are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to add resident data and to send communications.
5. Content and data
- Your content (data, files, documents, photos you upload) remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it to operate the Service.
- For resident personal data, the Management Company is the data controller and Plazio is the processor; processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you upload, including the right to upload bank statement files for dues reconciliation.
6. Notifications
The Service sends operational notifications (announcements, dues reminders, invitations, security e-mails) by push and e-mail. Push notifications can be turned off in your device settings; some e-mails are essential to the Service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" without guaranteed uptime during the free MVP. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data (see Data Deletion). A Management Company's termination may affect access for its residents.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Plazio is a tool for managing information; it does not process payments and is not responsible for the accuracy of dues amounts, bank reconciliations or decisions made by a Management Company. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and trademarks (including "Plazio") are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership; you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (including Türkiye, the EU/EEA, or Ukraine). Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting [email protected].
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always at this URL with its effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them; for material changes we will provide notice.
